The Elephant Book

The Elephant Book is a notebook that my friend brought back for me from her travels in Asia, or possibly from Heathrow Airport. I will attempt to write a new story on each page, every day. The pages are small. It's flash fiction, I suppose. And I'm a flasher.

The Story of the Day She Came Back

She came back. He stayed. He went. He came back. She went. He went. They saw each other at various intervals. At the start something happened. Towards the middle a small act of creation occured. At the end it grew dark.
